Does Fefol Z Cause Diarrhea And Any Iron Content In It?

Does the FEFOL Z capsules cause diaherra? Is there real iron mixed in the capsules? A report in India showed that FEFOL Z capsules made by Glaxo Smilth-Kline contained so much real iron compound that it can be picked-up by magnet. The capsule lists that it contains Carbonyl, Zinc, and Folic acid.
