Does Duphaston Helps After Getting Pregnant After IUI?

hello doctor..I had iui on 22/03 ( cd14)...and my doc prescribed me duphaston starting the day itself until my day cd 27..My questions are.. 1. Are really duphaston helps? 2. If implantation occurs...will duphaston stop the implantation bleeding? Means there is no sign of implantation? 3. Should I keep taking duphaston after cd27 for avoid miscarriage if I get pregnant? 4. Does it normal to feel nothing after my iui? Because all this while seriously o feel nothing...i usually get my pms like cramps and sore breasts..but during this cycle I feel none
