Does Discontinuing Gabapentin For Nerve Damage Cause Eye Ache For Someone With Glaucoma?
I have a strange question. I ve had glaucoma for over 40 yrs my family Dr.gave me gabapentin for nerve damage in my legs hands and feet. When he left I have another Dr. She took me off gabapentin. Now the nerves in my right eye hurt so bad and my eye sight is worse. I ve got to tell my eye Dr. It sounds crazy but can be write prescribe gabapentin. Its a wonderful medicine for the nerve pain in my eye.and even helps my eye sight clear up please help.thank you.

no. complete investigation of glaucoma can be done type of glaucoma should be identified.cup disc ratio and field tracing should be done with slit lamp angle can be examined water drinking and dark room test should be done exclude tunnel vision by tracing peripheral field.visual acuity should be noted repeat iot for follow up.
