Does Optic Nerve Damage Due To Glaucoma Cause Blindness?
How long does it take for me to go blind with treatment for optic nerve damage (Glaucoma). I already have a cloudy vision and experiencing some blindness in and out. My eye doctor saw me on the 13th said I was going blind due to the nerve damage from the glaucoma. I have to go back in April because she want to see how fast the disease is progressing.

If the eye pressures are remaining high then continued damage can occur and you may lose your slight for a longer period of time.
If your eye pressure is normal then it is possible that this can be put off for a long period of time.
