Does A Delayed Period With Cramps And Backache Mean Pregnancy ?
I am 25 4ft 11in. My period is two days late. Had some very light spotting that occured within the last two nights and only for a few mintues. Light cramping that comes and goes and backache.My periods have been on time. My last period was normal but spotted 4-5 days later.

A cycle comming upto 7 days late in an odd cycle is accepted as normal. The slight spot may be a prelude for full fledged menstruation, as are the cramps and backache. You can try any combination of Mefenamic Acid + Anti-spasmodic if that is getting uncomfortable. Spotting for 4-5 days after the menstrual flow may need to be investigated if it recurs or worsens.
