Does UTI, Bacterial Vaginosis Or Yeast Infection Cause Painful And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Hi, I am a 23 year old female. I was wondering do urinary tract infections, BV or yeast infections cause the lymph nodes near the grown to become painful and swollen ? The lymph node on the right side of my groin is really sore to touch and when I lay on it or move a certain way.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Groin lymph nodes are involved in conditions affecting leg, genital organs.
Any infection in genital organ or infection in leg would have resulted in lymph node enlargement.
Examination by a doctor helps in detection of cause.
Urinary tract infection usually doesn't result in groin nodes, Some Sexually transmitted infection can result in groin nodes.
Swab test from vagina is helpful in diagnosis.

hope this helps you.

Regards
