Hello,
I carefully read your question and from your prescription your
thyroid hormone level is still not corrected, ( if the normal range of this laboratory is 0.4-4) despite taking 100 mcg of
Levothyroxine. As your thyroid is still under function you may have undesirable effects in the future.
First of all you must take Levothyroxine in the correct way, early in the morning and 30 minutes after taking it you must not eat or drink anything.
If you are sure that it is taken properly, you have to increase the dose to maintain the TSH values within the normal range.
You didn't mention the right diagnosis so i can't give you any information about the prognosis of the disease, anyway what we do recommend in these cases is to keep the
hormonal levels within the normal ranges, especially if you are trying to be pregnant and during
pregnancy and
lactation.
I would recommend to contact your doctor to correct the dose of Levothyroxine depending on the diagnosis.
Hope i have been helpful with my suggestion and looking forward to answer further questions.
