Does Ciplar Cause Knee Pain And Disturbed Sleep?

In 2004 I had rt side facial parlsy. then I was prescribed losor 10. in 2005 I was posted to Arunachal Pradesh a Hilly area. There the Docot prescribed losor 40. But one Central Govt Docotor prescribed Ciplar 40 to which may people asked why. A few days back I missed my morning dose of Ciplar as a result the BP became 170/110. Doctor at Kolkata added CILACAR*5.I can not get sleep without pills ( Ativan 1mgx2 plus Tryptomer,25).I have niw developed pain in knees and ankel and feel pain while walking.Pain worsend when I do not get proper sleep.Whether these medicine have serious side effects? What should I do:

I really appreciate your concern for your health the history given here suggestive of hypertension and "bell's palsy" as the reading of blood pressure given here that is not this much high, and the medicine that you are taking "Losar 10 " is the best drug this drug alone will control the blood pressure very nicely, no need to have any other drug, but as such you have some functional elements and that might be interfering in your blood pressure, so it is better to keep the stress level low, have nice day.
