Do the pregnancy tests tested positive just after my periods mean I am pregnant ?

So i got my period and it went away the same day two days later i took two pregnancy tests and they both came out positive but im not pregnant what went wrong?

Did your pregnancy test come positive?it means that you are pregnant. Please get a ultrasound scan done which will help you to rule out or confirm pregnancy..

As your pregnancy test is positive, you are definitely pregnant. Regarding the bleeding you had, it sometimes happen and is called the implantation bleeding. When the foetus comes and gets attached to the uterine wall sometimes mild spotting is seen.
