Do Missed Periods, Heartburn, Headache And Tender Breast Mean Pregnancy?

I have irregular periods. I haven't had a period since 10/24/14 I took a text in November and it was negative. For the passed weeks I've been experiencing pimples on my face, cold, fever, heartburn, headache and tender breast. No nausea or dizziness yet. Could I be pregnant?

I understand your query.
*Nausea/dizziness are not present in each pregnant woman. Some of the symptoms you have like tender breast, heart burn are features of pregnancy- but they are not diagnostic.
- The irregular periods you have can have signs like tender breasts/ pimples.
- Heart burn may be due to hyper acidity from other causes.
* I feel November was a bit early to get proper results by home pregnancy test.You should repeat it once more now to exclude pregnancy.
* If the test is +ve--well & good. But in case of -ve pregnancy test, you need to consult a gynecologist for treatment of irregular periods ( which is essential for conception)
