Do I Have Heart Murmur Or Is It Stress ?

I m 12, and yesterday i couldn t go to sleep because my heart was beating too fast, but i was tired, so i didn t know why it was doing that. Do I have heart murmur ? is it stress ? does it has something to do with my asthma ? or was it too hot ? Is it Tachycardia ? Tachycardia means your heart is beating too fast.

Global warming, if it's too hot, drink lot of water, ORS, if perspiring too much. In hot weather this is a natural phenomena, but if symptom/s persists, check with your doctor. OK.
