Dizzy spells, spinning room feeling, MRI shows peri-ventricular and sub-cortical white matter. What could this be?

I HAVE BEEN HAVING BAD DIZZY SPELLS FOR ABOUT 5MO NOW WHERE EVERYTHING IS SPINNING, MY EARS ARE FINE MRI SHOWS PERIVENTRICULAR AND SUBCORTICAL WHITE MATTER . I M GOING TO SEE A NEUROGOLIST TO RULE OUT MULTIPLE SCLORSIS AS I ALSO HAVE NUMBNESS AND HEAVY FEELING IN LEFT ARM AND HAVE A HEADACHE FOR 3MO WHAT ELSE COULD THIS BE?

What did they find in the perventricular white matter is important.
