Dizziness, Tingling In The Hands And Numbness After A Fall. Need To Go To A Doctor?

I hit my head and back on the floor. Since this happened just over 48 hrs ago I still have a strange feeling at the very bottom of my head, rather than a headache have a fuzzy feeling and slight numbness and tingly hand s and the bottom of my arms on and off. i have also been tierd and have no motivation to o everyday household chores. Do I need to see a doctor?

Yes it is possible that the injury has led to the numbness and tingly.

If it is over both hands, then it is indeed a cause for concern. Even otherwise, you need to see a doctor.
