Dizziness, Rapid Heart Beat, Tightness In Legs. Will I Be Okay?

why everytime i stand for to long or if i get real excited or nurvise, or if i am in public with to many people i get real dizzy, my heart starts beating real fast, my legs tighten up to were i cant move them at all.. Its been going on for 4 years. it got real bad yesturday that the ambulance came and got me but the doctors thought i was wasting there time so they let me go.. i need to know please
