Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain that you are feeling could be due to a muscle stiffness or tendonitis. A nerve related problem can also cause such symptoms. You need to get an MRI of your back and shoulder done to find out the exact cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
