Difficulty In Sleeping, Lead A Healthy Lifestyle, Have Coffee Only In The Morning. What Is The Cause?

Hi I am a 39 year old female, healthy, workout 2 x s per week-I haven t been able to sleep the past week or so-just stay up till 2am then fall asleep-I do drink coffee in the am only-@9am I worked out this evening from 630-730 and have been experiencing discomfort in me left arm for the past hour or so-feels heavy n sore-

Hello. Welcome to hcm.
We need 7-8hrs of sleep per day. As you are sleepin late,your circadium rhythm is changed. Working out and having coffee in morning has no effect. You need to sleep early and get up early. The pain in arm may be due to fatigue but if it increases or you get other symptoms,visit ER.
