Difficulty In Conceiving, History Of Miscarriage. What Could Be Causing This?

Hi Doc, My name is gretchen 28 years old. I am trying hard to conceive right now. I got pregnant when I am 20 but unfortunately I had miscarriage on my 12th wk of pregnancy. I didnt undergo cutterage that time since it is a complete abortion as termed . Could you please advice why after that incident I never got pregnant again?

Hi Greta,
As far as the fertility issues are concerned, we have to look into a lot of things:
a. are your cycles regular? If yes, what is the average duration of the cycle?

We should also we looking at when you have had intercourse. generally, ovulation takes place 14 days before your next period. This is the time when you are very fertile. Also, we would like to get an ultrasound of the pelvis to make sure its normal.
