Difficulty In Conceiving, Have Proper Hormonal Balance, Regular Ovulation. What Tests Should Be Taken To Detect Cause Of Failure?
Hi myself Preeti, i have been married for last 2yrs and 9 months, i have been trying to conceive for almost 1 and a half year, but with no results. I have a regular 28 day cycle and have proper hormonal balance. Also i have been using Ovulation predictor strips to check my ovulation which is regular on 13 or 14th day of the cycle. Please suggest what tests should i go through to check what is the problem hindering my desire of having a child.
Hi Preeti,
The process of conception require the perfect health of both partner. As far as the things in you its appear to be perfect and every thing is fine.
But the male infertility is also an important cause for this and now a days a very common cause also. So I would advice you to have a seminal test for your husband. This test will help in finding if any thing is wrong with the semen and will help in making decision regarding the cause of your problem in conceiving. For this test you have to consult some gynecologist who will refer you to the proper center where this can be done.
Thanks and take care.
