Hi
Thanks for writing to Health care magic
Asthenospermia is poor or total lack of motility of sperms. Sperm motility in addition to sperm count is important for fertility
Normally atleast 50% of the sperms should be motile i.e should have good progressive motility. In ur case the motility of sperms is slow to moderate in 60% of the sperms. Take good nutritious diet. Get a check up from urologist. There is no evidence of any medication till date which will increase sperm mobility. But repeat the test in a good lab to reconfirm the results. Don't use tight undergarments especially in summer. The chances are lesser for having a baby, but all this needs to be reconfirmed with a good urologist. Don't loose hope. Goodluck and
All the best. Hope this helps u
Thanks and regards
