Diarrhea, Bloating, Gas, Mucus, Undigested Food In Stool, Nausea, Frequent Urination. Treatment?

I have been ill for a year....the symptoms started gradually. Diarrhea , bloating , gas, mucus in stool, undigested particles of food in stool, bouts of nausea, and frequent urination . Today my stool was soft and black in color with string like particles, and undigested food. I also have burning pain in the abdominal area every day. When wiping it is yellow in color on the tissue. One more thing...I have caught myself slamming my teeth together during sleep.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms may be caused by pancreas disease, intestine inflammation disease (Crohn`s disease), intestines obstruction, IBS, intestines severe infection. It is advisable for you to start wit some diagnostics. Full blood work, liver tests (AST,ALT,GGTP), pancreas enzymes (amylase), bilirubin, urine analysis, amylase in urine, stool test and abdominal ultrasound. Abdomen X-ray should be done to rule out any urgent bowel obstruction. Depending of the results of this tests, colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy (dark stool can be caused by bleeding from peptic ulcer) and abdominal CT with contrast (enteroclysis) might be necessary.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
