Diagnosed With Hyperthyroidism. What Are The Precautions To Be Taken?

I was diognost with the hiperthiroidism. Every morning (5 days a week) I am using the nutribulet blendar to bland greens and fruits together. My doctor told me that I have to limit the kale intake. Also she advesed to use the sea solt that is nit iodised versus the regular kitchen iodised solt.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. The instructions given by your doctor are good to follow and along with them I suggest you to take calcium and vitamin d supplements as in hyperthyroidism there will be bone thinning and to prevent osteoporosis you need to be careful. Once you start the treatment for hyperthyroidism you will feel much better and due to the medication you will gain some weight easily so try to control your food habits to prevent weight gain. Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
