welcome to Healthcare Magic.

As you are known case of hyperthyroidism and on Neo-Mercazole. First, In your case get your thyroid profile done. Thyroid imbalance enhances chances of developing IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) like symptoms by increasing anxiety.

Concurrently get evaluated by general physician to rule out other causes of abdominal distension specially: liver problem and intestinal obstruction.

Wish you all the best.

Hello, madam, I will give some natural herbal suggestion for you. If it is possible and found to be reliable kindly follow this. There was a plant Annona squamosa (in Tamil seethapala Maram), its life has hyperthyroid control activity. Particularly in TSH elevation it acts excellently. Annona squamosa 4 leaves with 4 pepper decoction is good for TSH elevation.Daily twice and a period 48 days is recommended. Thank u.
