Diagnosed With Eosinophilic Esophagitis. Will He Qualify For SSI Diability?

Hello, my son has been diagnosed as the trutherest along developed case of eosinophilic esophagitis down at childerens hospital and is 20 years old today. I am looking to see if it qualifies for SSI disability . Your link popped up when I google searched the question.
