Hello,
CHROMINAC A is a nutritional supplement containing chromium,N-acetyl cysteine, alfacalcidol and biotin. It is supposed to reduce insulin sensitivity and helps PCOS patients. For decreasing insulin resistance, you must take METFORMIN 500 mg twice daily for 6 months under guidance of your doctor.
METFORMIN also aids in weight reduction.
Get your thyroid status checked as hypothyroidism doesnt let you loose weight.
Observe dietary control and calorie restriction and do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
It is said that a mere reduction of 10% of your weight may make your periods normal.
You may take th help of a dietician for diet plan.
Although PCOS can not be cured completely but with reduction of weight, most of the females get pregnant, although it takes time and you have to be patient.
You must take ovulation medicines as advised by your doctor.
Thanks
