My inquiry is for my friend.... She was diagnosed as missed abortion when she was 8 weeks of pregnanacy and the doctor here is advised to wait for a spontaneous abortion for last 4 weeks. Until this time she did not pass the product of consumption. How long she have to wait... Whether she can get some tab like cytolog...? If so how and what dose would you prefer? Thank you

Thanks for query.
You should consult doctor for induction of abortion by mesoprost 600microgram to 8oomicrogram and bleeding start after 4hrs. of mesoprost indction,bleeding may continue for 14 days.
Treatment should be taken under guidance because bleeding may be profuse or side effect of mesoprost may be present.
USG should be done after 14 days.
