Diabetic, Cholesterol And More Protein In Kidneys With Varying Blood Pressure

hi....my husband is 41 and diabetic,cholestrol and more protein in the kidneys....he was taking telesartam,glimy and novomix...his bp was normal then but his sugars where not under control ...no excersise..hectic work scheldule...now his sugar is slightly better and also his protein is ok...but is bp is 130/110 ...doc changed the tab to olmezest ...he has taken it for over a week but bp at home monitor shows notmal but again at the docs it shows 150/110..pls suggest

Dear madam i understand your concern.in my opinion the medication taken by you are very good and advised to continue the same.the problem your facing is called ''white coat hypertension'' usually this will not give any trouble for you.but in my opinion to make sure that its white coat hypertension we should measure his 24 hr ambulatory bp.which can be done by your nephrologist and now avilable in cites like hyd also kindly get back to me if u need any details....regards
