I am telling some remedies that you can do at home at very low cost or no cost
Exercise-: min 15-20 mins mild exercise or min 40 mins walking is necessary
Relaxation-:soundness of mind and body is the key of good health
so you should do
Yoga for minimum 10 mins everyday.It will help to relieve
stress.
Try to be Happy always!!
Diet-: high fiber ,very low sugar diet should be consumed;
avoid spicy,fried,salty and heavy food.
Last but not least take 1/2 tsf Haldi powder along with 1/2 tsf Amla powder thrice a day with water or honey.it will really help to control your blood sugar level and also improve your General Health
