Diabetic, Acute Lower Back Pain, Abnormal Stools With Bleeding. History Of Kidney Stones, Spinal Meningitis. Advise?

I am a diabetic..cannot afford meds..no job.have had severe acute pain in lower back like a pressure pain..have to hold on to something to endure..happened at least 6 times in past 3 months..this morning had 2 bowel movements..first one normal..second one looked like a cigeratte was broken open and scattered and bleeding..have had history of kidney stones, a lot..also have had spinal meningitis..in hosp 11 days 2yrs ago..my blood stool sugar sometimes gets as high as 500. Mercies of god im still here..worried about

you have lots of problems ,so you must be very careful about your health.

I am telling some remedies that you can do at home at very low cost or no cost

Exercise-: min 15-20 mins mild exercise or min 40 mins walking is necessary

Relaxation-:soundness of mind and body is the key of good health
so you should do Yoga for minimum 10 mins everyday.It will help to relieve stress.
Try to be Happy always!!

Diet-: high fiber ,very low sugar diet should be consumed;
avoid spicy,fried,salty and heavy food.

Last but not least take 1/2 tsf Haldi powder along with 1/2 tsf Amla powder thrice a day with water or honey.it will really help to control your blood sugar level and also improve your General Health
