General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

These are the signs, you must get evaluated for. May be due to syncopal attack or hypoglycemia or heart problem like heart block or due to arrhythmia or due to mis management of your sugar levels. Get done your electrolytes level, ECG, ECHO, TSH, lipid profile(fasting) and whole day blood sugar monitoring. Get back with the results and the drugs you are taking with timings. Keep sugar with you always and can use in such episode. Drink plenty of fluids. Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further examination and management. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Diabetologist Dr. Pratap VGM's  Response
DEAR SIR/MADAM

YOU ARE EXPERIENCING EPISODES OF SEVERE HYPOTENSION. IN A LONG STANDING DIABETES YOU MIGHT HAVE AUTONOMIC HYPOTENSION WITH NEUROPATHY. AS YOU ALREADY MENTIONED ARE LOOSING EXCESSIVE FLUID FROM YOUR BODY.

SO DRINK LOT OF FLUID AND ELECTROLYTES ONLY IF YOUR RENAL PARAMETERS ARE NORMAL

THANK YOU
