General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

While the rest of your test report is good, however, there is some narrowing in the heart vessel. This narrowing of the vessel is not too much to compromise blood flow to heart at rest, but with exercise, when the heart needs more blood, they cannot provide full blood, hence causing ischemia.

I understand we should do full blood work for lipid, and RBS and do coronary angiography.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
