HELLO
YOUR CYCLES HAVE BEEN IRREGULAR FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS, AND ALSO YOU HAVE INFERTILITY PROBLEM. A PER ABDOMINAL AND PER VAGINAL EXAMINATION NEED TO DONE. AN ULTASOUND PELVIS IS REQUIRED. USING CYCLICAL PILLS CAN HELP YOU TO OVERCOME THE PROBLEM OF SPOTTING.AN ENDOMETRIAL SAMPLING WITH CERVICAL BIOPSY IS ALSO ADVISED IF SYMPTOMS ARE PERSISTENT.
