Dehydration, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, No Fever, Chest Pain. RBC In Urine Test. Treatment?

My 9 yrs son was dehyrated after a football game last Sat and was taken to the Er and give IV fluids. since then he has been vomiting food and liquids, stomach pain and dizzy and has 5 plus red blood cells in his urine . No fever . any his lab work came back fine. He also has complaine of some chest pain .....he has lost 4lb from Sat to Tues.

It is likely to be due to Acute Gastritis.The presence of 5 RBC in Urine report does not signify any major urinary problem.Continue with H 2receoptor antagonist (Pantaprozole with antiemetics.the episode should be over in weeks time.
