What Causes Swelling In The Scrotum?
Question: I have swelling in my scrotum. It seems to be on the side of the testicle,. Earlier in the week I had burning during urination at the tip of my penis. I have also had a low grade fever at times....Your thoughts?

With recent recovery from urine infection, I first suspect epididymis inflammation.
You need to get antibiotics for this.
Please see your doctor for a prescription. Once the infection treated the swelling would resolve on its own. Epididymis infection takes longer time to treat because the antibiotics would not penetrate easily.
Sometimes Intravenous therapy given.
