Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You are diabetic and suffered Dengue fever with low platelet count and I presume you have completely recovered from Dengue as per your details.
You are taking combination of Metformin and Vildagliptin which is good drug but your Fasting blood sugar is high that is 160 mg/dl.
If you are facing side effects you must report to treating Physician and if necessary antidiabetic drugs can be changed.
This drug can cause Headaches,Cold sweats,Changes in heart rate,Palpitations,Severe hunger,Shaking,Confusion,Difficulty concentrating
Mood changes.
Hope this helps.
Please take care.
Good Luck

DEAR SIR/MADAM

GALVUS MET WHICH CONTAINS VILDAGLIPTIN AND METFORMIN, VILDAGLIPTIN IS MOST COMMONLY ASSOCIATED WITH GASTROINTESTINAL SIDE EFFECTS RATHER THAN CONCENTRATION AND OTHER PROBLEMS.

SOME TIMES LOW SUGARS MIGHT CAUSE YOU ALL THESE PROBLEMS, SO PLEASE CHECK OUT WHETHER YOU ARE HAVING LOW SUGARS OR NOT WHEN YOU ARE TAKING THIS TABLET.

REVIEW IT, IF YOU STILL EXPERIENCING SAME PROBLEMS THEN CONSULT A PSYCHIATRIST FOR IT.

THANKS
