Symptoms: R underarm (lower half center) is sensitive to pressure. Pain (mild) discomfort extends into back side of arm up to elbow. When arm is fully extended or overhead, most sensitive. 3 days with symptoms. Gradually increasing in intensity.

It would help to rule out Cervical spinal nerve root compression of C5,C6,C7 on the right side by getting a MRI Scan if the symptoms persist.Musculoskeletal pain needs to be assessed and ruled out by your doctor.Analgesics like Ibubrufen and drugs like gabapentin for neurogenic pain will help.
