hi i have found out i have a cyst on my right ovary . last month i had a period on 20th and this month on the 19th and to date ive bin gettin a brown period which is not normal for me im also getting abdominal pain

Brown discharged have no relation with cyst on your ovary.
When your period is brown, it means the menstrual flow took longer time to exit the vagina.
As the menstrual flow slowly, it loses its oxygenated red hue and becomes darker red, then brown and at times practically black.
Most women have dark brown fluid before their period and some have the darker light flow as the period tappers off.
