Cramping, Spotting Follewed By Heavy Flow Of Blood. History Of Missed Periods For 15 Years, Diagnosed Possible Pineal Cyst. Normal?

Hello, I am 30 years old and haven't had a period since I was 15. My doctor always said it was due to obesity and possibly a side effect of a pineal cyst.

On the 19th of this month I started cramping an spotting. By the 20th, it was a very heavy flow of blood. It lasted seven days, and now on the eighth day I'm spotting (still red) and experiencing vaginal dryness.

Could this be normal? I've no insurance and have tried my local health clinic and er but they weren't much help.

What should I do?

hello, for sure this could be a hormonal deficiency causing delayed coitachy (first menses). this deficiency could also explain the vaginal dryness. please to see the nearest gynecologist for help. thanks and good luck.
