Could You Suggest The Right Medication For High BP, Weakness, Pain In Joints And Palpitations?

Hi i am vel , my age ins 30 i have hypertension for long period 10 year which is not suspects what is the root cause even after diagnosis , i left from 2006 to 2010 thn continue at 2010 feb again due to pressue increase t 140/90 so i have ( taken amlodopin 5 mg and CTD H 6.5 ) took for 2 year in 2013 suddenly by BP got increased to 200 /120 so i advice to take 20 mg of olser selakon 25 mg it continue for some time i feel more palpitation near throat while walk and come to upstair and while going to sleep i feel the same due to that i request to change the medicine so they change to covance 25 its too not accept i got vomit most of the time so i change to selakon 25 again still bp will show to 160 /100 its not reduce in the evening then they given additionally stamlo 5 mg inculde to take with selakon 25 xl in the morning , now i have got pain most of the place in the joint and muscles , and muscles got weeker and swallon feel like thinner total body got week , current bp will be 150 /100 without taking medicine after taken medicine it will be 140/90 so this pain and muscle week is becuase of any medicine please suggest the right medicine and right time to take

I can understand your state of mind given you had to go through so much. I will try my best to answer your question and guide you through the problem.

I have read your detailed history. I would recommend the following:

Tab perindopril 4 mg once in the day in the morning for BP control. Target BP to be below 140/90. This drug is safe and doesn't have much side effects.

The weakness you are referring to is not related to hypertension or its medications. I would suggest you to have the Hemoglobin checked, T3,T4 and TSH levels in blood checked. Going for a workout at a gym/ running on a treadmill for 30 mins thrice a week is a good habit. Salt restricted diet is important for BP control.
