Could Ulcers In Vagina, Lymph Node On Vagina And Tenderness After Sexual Activity Be Symptoms Of Herpes?

Hi , a few days ago i felt my vagina starting to become tender after sexual activity. I checked it out in the mirror i have several ulcers in my vagina. I also have a lymph node on the right side of my vagina. Could this be herpes? Im so scared. Thankyouu

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic,
infections and ulcers after coitus are suggestive of sexually transmitted infection which sometimes can be due to multiple organism. If it spreads high into uterus it may cause tube infection and blockage.
I recommend that you get tested at the earliest and take appropriate medicine for the same which will also be given to your partner to prevent reinfection.
