Could The Continuous Pain In The Rib Cage Be Due To Injured Bones?

I had a hard fall one week ago today I fell flat on my stomach and hurt my right rib cage. Most of my pain is under my ribs on the right side. I can not lay down or hardly set. I have used a rib belt and heating pad but it does not seem to help. Could I have injured something inside.

Hi,
As your problem is since a week and pain persisted there might be possibility of having one or more than fracture in your ribs.
Go for x-ray chest to rule out fracture.
If fracture is not there then take NSAID medicine for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
