Could Spermicide Or Cetaphil Face Lotion Cause Penis Irritation?

Can spermicide or cetaphil face lotion cause penis irritation? My gf and I used a spermicide strip for sex one day, and I masturbated with the lotion the day after, now my penis tip is red and sometimes has white discharge and it hurts after I cum/pee

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

While the penis can get irritated with spermicide or cetaphil lotion, it is possible that you have urinary tract infection or STI, as evidenced by the discharge.

I would advise you to undergo an evaluation of the discharge for organisms. You would then be started on antibiotics for the same.

In the meantime, drink a lot of water and use condoms if you intend to have intercourse. Also, it may be wise for your girlfriend to watch out for symptoms as well.
