Could Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness Be Due To Dye Allergy?

i put hair dye in my hair and it immediately began to burn so i washed it out, however i am still getting spells of shortness of breath and dizziness, i have used hair dye before so i am unaware of whether this is part of the reaction too or whether i am just having panic attacks

Hello,
Do you have wheezing also. If there is wheezing it is due to the allergy . you could take a salbutamol inhaler or nebulization for relief. Do not use the same dye again.
Panic attack can produce a sense of breathlessness, dizziness and even a fear of impending death . It passes off but may recur. Try relaxation techniques. See a doctor if not better.
