Could Lower Back Pain And Painful Breasts Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

A couple of weeks ago I was more than 12hrs late taking my mini pill and also I never took it at the same time each day. I had unprotected sex with my bf and the day after I just stopped taking it now 7 days on I feel sick have lower back pains and my breasts are aching. Could I be pregnant???

Hi,
Though you have delayed taking the pill, since you did not miss it, you are mostly safe. If you have completed your course of the pills and yet did not see your periods, you should get a home pregnancy test done with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If you do not see your period even after ten days, get help from an expert. You may need a proper clinical evaluation and a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs.
