Hi,

From the reports it is a very clear case of Urinary Tract Infection(UTI) with worms in intestine. In my patients i usually prescribe a course of antibiotic, NSAIDs with advise to drink plenty of water for UTI and stat dose of albendazole with ivermectin for worms.

Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work. Let me know if you have any further questions.
