Could I Be Pregnant With Nausea And The Pain In My Belly Button?

My last menstrual cycle was 10/31/13. I have been nausea moody gassy urination a lot flutter feeling as well as pain around my belly button upper abdomen and side. home pregnancy test are negative. I have already had two kids, nothing like this and its not my usual period feeling. what should i do????

I think you should get a serum b-hCG testing done to confirm pregnancy. If negative wait for periods and if positive consult your gynecologist. Good luck and take care.
