Could Feeling Of Air In Right Ear While Breathing And Ear Pain Be The Side Effecrs Of Taking Vancomycin?

I am taking vancomycin oral for c diff. When I breathe in, I can feel air in my right ear...as if I m breathing in with my ear. This ear also aches a bit and has sharp pains a few times a day. Is it due to the vancomycin oral? I asked my dr and he said that was impossible with the oral pills.
