Could Feeling Hot, Dizzy, Anxiety, Heart Burn Be Related To Flu?

I feel hot, dizzy, and anxiety. Mostly after I eat or supet hungry. Sometimes I feel like I might faint. I eat healthy and drink lots of fluids. I sleep 6 or more hours every night. Ive been feeling like this for 16 hrs. Do u think its a flu or stomache related. I also get heart burn pretty often in the past two weeks.

Hello

Thanks for the query

If you are feeling hot and dizzy while you are hungry then it is mostly because you are hungry and hypoglycemic. However if it is after eating food then it means it could be due to post gustatory re routing of blood which is common.
I advice you to eat more frequently and lesser quantities, it should solve both issues. If it still does not settle then I advice you to meet a gastro enterologist

I hope I was of help
Regards
