Persistent feeling of heart burn can occur due to a number of reasons. Your EKG is normal and all other tests too are normal so this could be due to anxiety.
If the symptoms are severe and are resulting in impairment of functioning then this should be evaluated properly. Please visit a psychiatrist for help.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
