Could Constant Back Pain During Pregnancy Be Due To Placenta Previa?

hi, i am 34 weeks pregnant and having a really bad constant backache and it gets worst when i move or walk, in my 20 week scan i was diagnosed with placenta previa so i want to know that is it because of placenta previa or there could be some other reason.

1) It is unlikely to be due to placenta previa.

2) At 20 weeks placenta previa is not really significant as this may rise further.
