Could A Blister On Shaft Of Penis Be A Symptom Of STD?

My bf told me he found out a blister on the shaft of his penis. He said it is kind if itchy. It makes me worried though I dont feel anything unusual or abnormal with my body. But im also thinking what could it be. Im sure he didnt cheat on me. We had unprotected sex for a year now. And so far everything is okay.
