Question: I had a penile doppler test conducted but my experience was confusing. I was given an injection and asked to stimulate with hand but ibdid not get erection, then i was asked to stand up and shown a porn clip i achieved a very weak full flaccid erection, one reading was taken then, doctor said erection is not developed. I stood up again and masturbated vigorously to another clip and a better erection was achieved, another reading was taken. Erection starting diminishing while i shifted from standing to lying down position. Then i was asked to masturbate till ejaculation and after that another reading was taken. And test was said concluded, doctor looked tensed upon my asking for explanation but said that there is no leakage and peak systolic velocity is good but erection came late that is the problem. I did not have a sustained good quality erection during the test but still passed test as normal. Also end diastolic velocity was not mentioned in the report or resistivity index. Only it was written that there was reversal of flow. I am confused wether the test is showing correct value. Doctor did not looked convinced at all while saying that there is no leakage. I have read that the readings are to be taken in erection state in 5 min interval. If i was not able to sustain a good erection how can it show reversal of diastolic flow. I wanted this test to give me a confirmation that there is nothing organic as my hormone tests are normal. I think i am still confused so looking for a second opinion from another radiologist

Thanks doctor, my endocrinologist also said that the test is normal and problem is psychological. He also sail the glans of penis are very sensitive. I feel an uncomfortable tingling almost like pain sensation when i rub penis head. I lose erection when i try to rub the glans. I can get erect by masturbating using my foreskin but not with rubbing head or blowjob. Doctor has advised me to massage the head regularly. Any other suggestions from your side sir??
